Check your country first

Frumzi's own payment selector serves seven markets: Germany, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Norway, Finland and Austria. If you are outside that set, funding an account may not be possible even where the registration form itself does not block you.

Its terms separately list a longer roster of excluded jurisdictions — including the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, Romania, Russia and Ukraine — whose residents cannot open an account at all. Our full review has the complete list and the licence gap behind it.

Creating an account

• Enter an email address and a password, and confirm you are 18 or over.
• Confirm the verification email Frumzi sends, and the account is open.

That is the whole form — no phone number or ID upload at this stage. Verification, where it applies, happens later and is tied to your first withdrawal rather than to registration.

Logging in afterwards

Sign back in with the same email and password. Frumzi also runs at least one mirror address alongside the main frumzi.com domain — frumzi-0911.com, at the time of writing — and both reach the same account. Running a mirror is normal for an operator that states no licence and can be blocked by individual ISPs.

Bookmark whichever address is working for you from inside your own account rather than trusting a fresh search result: brand-name searches return plenty of unrelated third-party sites alongside the real one.

Before you deposit: the bonus step

Registering does not put a bonus on the account by itself. Whichever welcome offer you want, casino or sport, has to be selected before the deposit that is meant to trigger it clears — see our bonus guide for what each offer is worth and the wagering terms Frumzi does not publish. Deposit first and decide afterward, and you risk losing the offer entirely.

If you forget your password

Use the password-reset link on the login screen; it emails a reset link to the address on file. Frumzi publishes nothing about two-factor authentication or any additional login security, so your account email is effectively the one line of defence — secure it accordingly.
